Tari Quiocho

Senior Program Manager

Tari Quiocho is our Senior Program Manager. Ms. Quiocho manages the curriculum and instruction of our Empowerment & Lifelong learning series and our Kitsap and Mason County-based programs, including Parent Coalition, Specialized Habilitation, and Community Inclusion programs.

Tari’s first love was reading, her second writing. She used those strengths to create programs such as Healthy Relationships and Success, which empower people to take control of their own lives. Tari strongly believes in the power of education. A highlight of her current responsibilities is teaching in the transition programs at several local high schools.

Tari joined the Arc in 2017 and has served in many different capacities in our programs department and our Social Enterprise department. Notably, she was appointed Employee of the Year in 2019. Tari holds a degree in Religious Studies from the Chaminade University of Honolulu.

Ms. Quiocho was born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii, but has lived in Kitsap for over a decade. She enjoys running, traveling to sunny locations, and spending time with her son, daughter, and dog, Emma, in her free time.
