Kim Bushnell
President & CEO
Kim Bushnell was appointed President & CEO of Peninsula Alliance on April 9, 2024. Prior to her appointment as President & CEO, had served as the Agency's Chief Operating Officer since March of 2017. In that capacity, she oversaw the Agency's day-to-day operations, including Programs and Human Resources. Before joining Peninsula Alliance, Mrs. Bushnell worked in various leadership positions in the Banking and Real Estate sectors.
Mrs. Bushnell joined Peninsula Alliance in January 2013 and has held many senior leadership roles with Peninsula Alliance, including Director of Operations and Fund Development Manager.
As a lifelong resident of Kitsap County, Mrs. Bushnell and her family have deep roots throughout our local community. Mrs. Bushnell is a proud mother of one son, two adult daughters, and seven grandchildren. Mrs. Bushnell is active in numerous local community organizations and her church, Gracepoint.
